Product: HP ENVY Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I need to find a list of the software/programs that came pre-installed on my computer by HP before they shipped it to me.

 

Since receiving my laptop almost a year ago, I have removed/installed new software/programs & cannot remember if one of the programs that I am currently having issues with came pre-installed or not. I contacted HP support by Chat regarding the issues that I am having & the technician I chatted with said this software was not pre-installed & I think that is incorrect, so I would like to double check this because my warranty with HP expires very soon.

 

The only way I know how retrieve this information is to do a system restore to the default manufacturer settings and I really do not want to do that.

 

Can someone please help me so if I am correct , I can have HP look into this further for me so I can get the issues fixed before my warranty expires?

HP Recommended

Open HP Recovery Manager and click Reinstall drivers and/or applications .It will build a list of programs installed at factory.
