HELP Needed: SUPER SLOW HP Stream-11-ah013wm

HP Recommended
HP Stream - 11-ah013wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Ever since I bought my laptop last December it has been running super slow.  I've tried updating everything I can and nothing happens! It's frustrating because it hasn't been used that much and I'm neither a gamer...  Can somebody help me, please?

@josephcardona

That model is a low-end entry-level laptop of a type that used to be called NetBooks.  It's not a fast notebook to begin with.

That said, if it is so slow as to be all but useless, one possibility is that the "disk drive" is nearly full and that can slow Windows to a crawl.

Here are some things you can do to recover some of the disk space:

http://winaero.com/blog/how-to-clean-up-winsxs-folder-in-windows-10/

Also, the community Win10 Forums has the following suggestions:
https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/83441-free-up-drive-space-windows-10-a.html

Finally, there is a freeware app known as Wise Disk Cleaner. I use it every day to get rid of junk files: https://www.wisecleaner.com/wise-disk-cleaner.html

Those should free up enough space for it to perform better.  IF it does not, come back and report that.
