Hi I'm using a HP EliteBook Folio 9470m Ultrabook and i don't know the bios password set to admin, this computer is quite old and the General specifications are.

the bios version is 68IBD Ver. F.61
i also have an issue with my usb ports not working, I've tried many things like device manager and noticed that none of the ports are getting power and if i were to insert something to the ports it wouldn't be recognized. I've tried a SanDisk 32GB usb on a separate pc and it worked just fine. when trying on this laptop it wouldn't be recognized

BIOS passwords are encoded into the firmware of the motherboard and we have no access of any kind to that.

 

I wish we could help you -- but we can't, since we have no way from here to verify ownership of any computer.
