- HOW TO SYNC TO HP COMMUNITY PROFILES?

Create an account on the HP Community to personalize your profile and ask a question

I sign up hp community with the same email but yesterday i use different kind of sign in. One is directly entering the email address and sign in; another one is chosen the 'continue with...'
I thought it will be the same as they are both the same e-mail address but then today, I notice its different.
So, how can I sync these two profiles?
Sign in and 'continue with...' create two different profiles

Hi @inzcreative,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To sync or merge profiles in the HP Community when you have used different sign-in methods (like entering your email directly vs. using a "Continue with..." option), you can follow these steps:
**1. Log In to HP Community
- Sign In: Log in to the HP Community with the primary account you want to keep. This could be the account you used by directly entering your email address or the one you used with "Continue with...," depending on which one you want to sync or merge.
**2. Check for Account Settings
- Profile Settings: Log in to the HP Community and check if there is a way to manage or merge accounts in the profile settings. Some forums or communities may have options to link or merge accounts, though this is less common.
**3. Update Email Address (If Applicable)
- Unified Email: If you can access both profiles, consider updating the email address in one of them to match the other. This can sometimes help with syncing or merging accounts, although it’s not always possible.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
