Hey guys few months ago my  laptop died like corona virus attack because of bios

some how  I  got the bios fix not from HP from Local computer expert i live in Bangladesh

i guess they changed the bios chips as i guess it was not working my laptop is Hp 14df0023cl

can let me know the bios running will it create any problem how I can get Hp app that was with that show registration of the product like that something how much ram can I upgrade I was thinking for 16GB does it support more than that?

after 12GB upgrading i can play some games so I was thinking about the ram limit . thank you HP

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to upgrade the RAM on your computer and about the BIOS on your computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I checked the specifications of your computer and see that the maximum supported RAM on your computer is 16GB.

 

Refer to the below service guide for your computer for more information.

As you have mentioned that the BIOS chip is replaced on the computer I recommend you not to install any BIOS updates and the installed BIOS should work fine.
