Hello, My laptop bluetooth is not detecting any devices when I am trying to add a new device.

It is always like this in the screenshot.

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to make sure that you have installed the W7 Realtek Bluetooth driver you need for the Bluetooth to work.
