Hello everyone
I'm having a problem getting drivers for my HP 15-ac153ur laptop.
A few days ago I downloaded the drivers in my personal account, but now it is impossible to do this. It looks like HP blocked me from downloading drivers.
Please help me!

Hi:

 

It doesn't appear like any of the 15-acxxx support pages are working right now.

 

I tried the drivers from the base model 15-ac100 and those don't work either.

 

Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Customer Support

 

You can use the drivers from the HP 250 G4, which is the business class equivalent of the 15-ac100.

We do not work for or represent HP, so no one here can answer your question.

 

I gave you an alternative site to install the drivers you need.

 

They are the same drivers you would have gotten from your notebook's support page if it had been working.

Then your only option will be to wait until HP gets around to fixing the 15-ac1xx support pages.
