Product: HP 15 bs080wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP 15 bs080wm is constantly running with Disk at 100%

 

The CPU is at 11% and Memory is at 63% (5/7.9gb) 

 

Attempted Fixes

  • Factory reset
  • Disk Cleanup Tool
  • Disabling sysmain and connected devices platform service
  • Turning off Optimization
  • Disabling unnecessary startup programs
  • Ran powercfg hibernate off as an admin in cmd
  • Perform all windows updates

What can I do to fix the disk 100% issue?
