Hi:
HP has retired support for the model series since it is more than 10 years old.
Below are the info and exe file links to the last BIOS update HP released for your notebook (F.49):

Thank you very much, i do make the update to F.49 and the laptop works chilliest than before. But i have one problem that insists. In device control there is one device AMD PSP Device that says "STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE" as you can see the following photo. My OS is Windows 10 64bit.I was waiting that with BIOS Update this sign will be work fine!! What can i do?

You're very welcome.
When you google 'STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE' the most frequent topic is that the drivers may be out of date.
So the only suggestion I can offer would be to:
Install the latest AMD chipset driver from the link below under the W10 x64 section, first driver listed, and restart the notebook.
970 Drivers and Downloads | Latest Version
If that doesn't work, try uninstalling the device and driver in the device manager.
Right click on the AMD PSP device.
Select 'Uninstall,' and check the Uninstall driver box if one shows up.
Then restart the PC and see if Windows installs the device correctly.

I downloaded the file you sent me. Then unistall the exsist drivers of the device and then install the one you gave me. I restart the laptop and with new drivers recognise the device as "AMD PSP 1.0 Device" with a key on it. I think i'm ok. thanks again!
