I am really fedup by this problem. I am unable to access my webcam. It is showing no device connected. In Device manager, there is no Imaging driver. I am unable to download the suitable driver also. Please some one help me with this. I am unable to contact hp support team also. Please get me a call to my number 7411144206.

Good Day. A warm welcome to the HP community.

 

I reviewed the case regarding issues with the webcam. I will be delighted to assist you here. 

 

Please try the steps given below:

  1. Restart your computer.

    If the problem persists, continue using these steps.

  2. In Windows, search for and open Device Manager.

  3. If there is no Imaging devices category listed, select Action, then Scan for hardware changes.

  4. If Device Manager does not recognize the webcam after the scan, use Microsoft System Restore to go back to a time when the webcam was working properly.

Thank you for your response. I have done "Scan for hardware changes" it is not showing any Image driver exist on my laptop. And also I did "Restore" also no use. When I saw for the Image driver it was showing dell 3333dn image driver. But I couldn't found those driver anywhere. I checked everywhere. I am facing so many problems because of this issue. Please help me to download a suitable driver for my webcam. I would like to recieve a call if possible from your end because it is taking time to resolve my problem. +91 7411144206 is my number, please get me a call.
