Your notebook has a Ralnk wifi card.

The Bluetooth does not work on the newer builds of W10 and not at all on W11.

Your options would be to:

Use a USB Bluetooth adapter

Replace the Ralink RT3290LE Wi-Fi card with this model where both the Wi-Fi and BT should work on W11:
