warranty is showing pending as of 1/7/25 and I purchased laptop on 12/3/24 it was delivered around Christmas time. another problem I am having is it keep telling me the serial number is wrong and country of purchase is wrong. The serial number I got from the laptop itself using fn plus esc and it is also on the underside of laptop so it is correct and the country of purchase is also correct which is the United State. Wrong is going on. I purchase the laptop on HP.com.
