I have a HP 2000 Notebook with the product number being LW430UA#ABA and a Westinghouse 50" HDTV. My problem is I do not know what cables ot use to connect my notebook to my tv in order to watch shows on my tv via my computer. I don't think my notebook has a HDMI port, but my tv has three different ones. It alos has a VGA port, but I've heard using VGA is kinda sucky. I also think my notebook has one VGA port, but I don't know where it's located.

Here are a couple links to exactly what my notebook and tv are:

Hi,

The VGA port is at the left hand side (1):

Some models have HDMI port (4) but not yours. I've got no choice now since your TV also has VGA port. A normal, standard VGA cable will do the job. Please note: no sound somes thru VGA port. Using one cable is better than adapter here and there, still more cable(s)/adapteer(s) for sound.

Regards.
