Product: HP 250 G4 Notebook PC

Hello,
I am looking for the key combination to get into the BIOS Advanced menu on my HP 250 G4 F.32 because I want to disable the Intel Hyper-Threading and check some DMA settings e.g. configure it to get working the device encryption in Windows 10 Home.
According to the local HP representative the key combination is: press F10 while booting and immediately press the "A" key when "Entering the BIOS message" appears.
Unfortunately, it does not work for me, I tried it several times and other methos found on the internet of course.
There is an article on the web about someone successfully got BIOS advanced menu on this machine on BIOS F.21.
Does anybody know how to get this special menu on BIOS F.32?
