Hello everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with my HP 250 G7 laptop after upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

Before the upgrade, everything was working perfectly. Since installing Windows 11, both the built-in keyboard and touchpad randomly freeze. Sometimes they start working again after a while, but in many cases I have to restart the laptop to fix the issue.

Here are some details:

  • Model: HP 250 G7
  • OS: Windows 11
  • Issue: Keyboard and touchpad intermittently stop responding
  • External USB keyboard/mouse: Works perfectly fine
  • The issue appears randomly (no specific action triggers it)

What I have tried so far:

  • Restarting the laptop
  • Installing latest driver
  • installing keyboard driver for WIN10 (even if I use WIN11)
  • Basic troubleshooting

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or found a reliable fix?
Could this be related to drivers or Windows 11 compatibility?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
