I bought a new HP 250 G8 Notebook PC (6F2B2EA#BH5) when i wanted to install the operating system there was no HDD.what type of RST could I use so that the problem is resolved?

You can download Intel RST driver from the link in the thread below and follow the instructions there.

You need to use Microsoft Media Creation Tool to create a Windows installation usb drive.
