Hello, i have this problem that kept happening since a while now my laptop keeps freezing at random times and also happens immediately when i try to install something and either goes back to normal again after 1-2 min or else i need to restart my laptop again.
Here are the specs :
- i5 1035g1
- 8GB RAMs DDR4 (4GB Samsung 1600Mhz + 4GB Ramaxel Technology 1333Mhz)
- 128GB SSD
- 500GB HDD
Here's what i already tried :
- do a clean installation of windows 10 (2 times)
- replaced my HDD that came with the laptop with an SSD (windows is reinstalled in the SDD now)
- checked the event viewer and didnt find any task at the time of the freeze that may cause it
- disabled windows update permanently
- removed the HDD and worked with the SSD alone
- did a Memory Diagnostic and found no errors in the RAMs
- uninstalled and reinstalled the graphics driver with tthe latest version
- removed the laptop battery
- performed malware diagnosis with malwarebytes and quarantine deleted everything suspicious
