HP Laptop PC 15t-dw300 CTO
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a 3-year HP CarePack right after I purchased a new HP Laptop from the HP Shop.

The product number at the bottom of the chasis is different from what the HP Support Assistant reports, probably because the manufacturer replaced the MB before shipping it to me.

Serial number is the same.

The HP Support Assistant app reports warranty end date in 1 year; should be 3 years.

I initiated a Warranty Dispute, sent in the required screenshots of receipts, e-mails etc.

It looked like HP closed the case favorably.

But my Warranty End date is still 1 year in the HP Support Assistant app.

How do I get the correct extended warranty end date to show up in my HP Support Assistant app?
