Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

I have an HP 34" LED Curved WQHD Monitor M34D and a Dell Vostro 15 3510. Several months ago I started experiencing display issues. A workaround I found was to roll back my Intel(r) Iris(R) Xe Graphics driver. It works on the 1/20/22   30.0.101.1338 version. When my computer updates it updates the driver and my display stops working correctly. My laptop updated to 6/15/23 31.0.101.4502 and I can't roll it back any more. The option to roll back is grayed out. I don't know what else to do to make the display work properly again. The resolution should be 3440 x 1440. With the updated driver it only allows a resolution of 1920 x 1200. I can't imagine that this monitor stops working with an updated driver.

Does anyone have a permanent or temporary fix for this issue?

Thanks!
