HP 3D DriveGuard Software (SP71714) + Windows 10 (1809) = <code 48>

Today, I  install Windows 10 (verion 1809 - newest) with HP Probook 4540s.

Anything (drivers + softwares from hp.com) is good . But I know someone have a problem like me. That's when we install HP 3D DriveGuard Software (SP71714).

Hummmm! I checked file accelerometer.inf (in folder SP71714\InstallFiles\Win10 after extract SP71714.exe by 7zip)

Why do not "HP support" update driver in official website?

how did you solve the problem?

Installing sp88981did not solve the issue (also Windows cannot find a good driver inside the package) and in the official hp support page for Probook 4540s there is the old version sp71714 no more compatible.

I solve the problem by use Windows 8.1. I hate Windows 10 because of HP's drivers. 😄

If you want to try to use Windows 10, I think SP62981 - HP 3D DriveGuard Software for Windows 8.1 can help you solve the problem.

No way to get it fixed.

I tried many packages from HP but HP 3D driveguard keep saying the software is not compatible with Windows 10 1709 nor the installation has a good end.

Is it possible that HP isn't yet fixed for Probook 4540s on Windows 10?!!? 

This is really frustrating.
