Hi, @KBHOWMIK 

 

I do not see the driver for the HP 3D Driveguard on your notebook's support page.

 

Not all notebooks come with that feature.

 

You need the 3D driveguard driver if the device manager has an Unknown Device with a hardware ID of ACPI\HPQ6007.

 

If you have that unknown device, this driver should work for you...
