HP 3d drive guard any version do not working on RS5 and 19H1 builds

Hello service and try app of Hp 3d drive guard software versions 6.0.41.1 and lower do not loading on windows 10 rs5 and 19H1 builds 

driver is installed correctly

if you found workaround please write

it works on 19H1 build 18252 

i do not wan't to rollback to rs5 then please if has somone installed rs5 october 2018 update and has compatibile hp hardware please check it

sp85435 is driver update not full software package then do not remove previues software before install it

Hello again

If windows update change driver from sp85435 and 3d drive guard do not start

1 uninstall HP Mobile Data Protection Sensor in device menager

2 uninstall 3d drive guard softwere

3 set pc in offline (no internet access state) and reboot

4 install hp 3d drive guard software again in offline state and reboot

5 install sp85435 in offline state and reboot

6 reconnect internet if you need it

Hello i have update to next 19H1 build 18262 hp drive guard software and driver was uninstalled at upgrade proces and reinstalled driver from windows update 

Please send new software package with updated driver to windows update servers
