Hi, 

 

I've been trying to update the bios of a number of Hp840 G6 today from with inside the bios but i keep getting the following error: Failed during data transfer the resource referenced in the URL doesn't exist

 

This was working perfectly yesterday when when following the same process

 

Boot the laptop 

Press F10 to enter the bios

Check HP.com for bios updates

update to the 01.20.00 

 

Does anyone know if HP have pulled this version of the bios?

HP Recommended

Using the HPIA verion hp-hpia-5.1.5 after booting up allows BIOS to Update.  Must be hard coded in the BIOS to look at the wrong URL
