Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi guys, i cannot setup my new 930 mouse from HPAC. Whenever I try to connect, it goes to the bluetooth preference page and that's it. I have to restart my laptop for it to recognize it. Even then, it keeps getting disconnected after a while.

If your mouse has an On/Off switch, make sure it is set to On. If the mouse does not turn on, recharge the battery by connecting the charging cable to a power source, such as a USB charging port on the computer or an external USB power adapter. If the mouse uses replaceable batteries, install new ones.

Thanks but already done all of that. Even got a replacement but same issue
