Hi!~ I would like to ask regarding the hp accelerometer dosent work,, i noticed this week,, i dont know whats wrong and how am i going to fix this error everytime i open my laptop.. i always see these error,, i hope you can help me thanks

In order to fix this issue, please do the following.

 

1. Click on Start button

2. Type Control Panel and open it

3. Go to Programs and Features,

4. Find HP 3D DriveGuard and uninstall it

 

 

5. Restart the computer

 

6. Download and reinstall the app using the this version from here>> http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp78001-78500/sp78033.exe

 

 

Most likely the above instructions should fix your issue. In case it doesn't you will have to also update/reinstall Visual C++ redistributables >> https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads
