Hi - really frustrating, and hopefully easy to resolve, but really struggling now. Bought this laptop and have been trying to change the scrolling direction of the touchpad, although I don't think I can do it. I've looked through loads of You Tube vids and whatnot, but still haven't found anything. Been into settings, devices, mouse and touchpad menus, but can't find a thing saying about "change direction"... Any help or guidance would be massively appreciated. If it can't be done, then would be good to know, so at least I don't waste anymore time trying to hit a square peg through a round hole 🙂 Thank you. Jim

@Jimirich Thanks for sharing your concern with the HP Community,

here's what I'll need, so I may be able to provide an accurate solution:

What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: click here

(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.)

Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?

When was the last time it worked without the issue? or did that setting never work?

Please reply with the details for further assistance.

Eager to help!

To thank me for my efforts to help you,
