HP Pen Control Application
I am not aware that the HP Pen Control application works with this type of pen.
That means, I do not think the app is compatible with this type of stylus.
Regardless, the app is available from the Microsoft Store.
The app is not yet specifically rated for Windows 11.
HP does not normally tell us ahead of time when an application will be updated.
