Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am wondering if the HP Active Stylus I just bought is compatible with my HP Spectre x360 Laptop Model 13-4193nr? When I go to Settings > System > About, it tells me that there should be "Pen and Touch Support" with 10 touch points. However, after putting in the battery to the HP Active Stylus, the laptop is not reading my pen touching either the screen or trackpad.

Do I need to download a specific driver for this to work? Or am I just out of luck since they are incompatible?

@blackpoke,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know whether your computer supports active pen stylus.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I checked the specifications of your computer and based on the information in the service guide for your computer, I see that your computer doesn’t support a active stylus.

Refer to the below service guide for more information.
