I need an HP Bluetooth Driver for the HP USB BLUETOOTH bt500 Q6273A adapter. Currently its using a Microsoft default Driver & when I manually attempted to locate an install an HP driver for this device I could not find any BLUETOOTH Driver listed for this HP Product, although, I did locate BLUETOOTH Drivers for Realtek, INTEL, & BROADCOM, BUT NOTHING FOR HP! PLEASE HELP! THANK YOU!

Hi @j80r59m,
Welcome to the HP forums! It is a great way to engage, post questions and find resolutions by working with specialists in the HP community. I understand that you need an HP Bluetooth driver for your HP USB Blue tooth adapter. It will be a privilege to assist you.
A commendable job was done by doing extensive researching before posting the question in the HP forums. It is always a great pleasure to work with tech-savvy and technically sound customers like you. Kudos to you for that. I am amazed at your technical skills and definitely value your relationship with HP. We appreciate you greatly for doing business with HP and I take it as a privilege to share this platform with you.
At the outset, after checking extensively for a windows 10 driver for your USB Bluetooth adapter, the HP support site has drivers only for windows 7, Vista and XP as this is an older Bluetooth adapter. That is why Microsoft has provided the native Bluetooth driver for this USB adapter which is the latest and best available driver.
The reason for it is because Microsoft provides native drivers for most plug and play devices like the DVD drive, Hard drive, monitor, keyboard, mouse and other devices like a USB flash drive or a USB Bluetooth adapter which could be old and not compatible with Windows 10 to make it work correctly with Windows 10.
