Product: HP Spectre 13-ae000 x360 Convertible PC

How do it change my computer to make it compatible with a projector that I need to use? When I plug the projector into the computer the computer throws and error message saying "The AC adapter is not compatible with this system".

Sounds like you plug to a wrong port. Does your projector have Display Port for input ? If yes, you can use  Thunderbolt™ Gen 3 - to Display Port cable (normally called USB-C to DP) to connect to the projector.

 

Other option if your projector is on your network.
