Product: OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck0000 (2Y4A6AV)

Good Afternoon,

 

I have purchased an HP Care Pack for my Omen Laptop before New Year's because the original warranty for my laptop expired. It's been three weeks now and hasn't received a confirmation email of my laptop being registered for the HP Care Pack.

 

I need Help!!
