to bethro2571. I'll bet you never received a response from Rainbow23 HP Support  regarding notice of no response from he/her follow-up  on your problem? Just more evidences of the HP care pack  rebate scam.

This process for the rebate is a scam just like this website reporting scammers.  I contacted support they gave me a direct number 800-504-2007.  It was as brief message that said leave a message.  This rebate process is designed to frustrate people and not to payout.  Report this to lawyers as this should be a class action lawsuit!
