I submitted all required documents for a carepack refund to the [content removed] email address 8 weeks ago.  I have heard nothing about status or when I can expect a rebate.  All subsequent queries to that email are IGNORED.  Upon calling HP support on this they try to forward me to "care pack support" and it goes to a voicemail system that says 'we cannot accept your call right now'.  They also gave me the number [content removed] to call but it just answered 'no' when I pressed 2 for care packs.

What is going on at this company?  Anyone else get the runaround like this?
