on 8025-20 I purchased a HP Care Pack after the one year warranty had expired 5-20-20)(. I received an email 12-16-20 from HP Care Pack Registration stating they needed the hardware serial number, Product number and Hardware purchase date. But is does not tell me how to get the information to HP?
