Dear everyone,

I own an HP Victus laptop, and just a few days ago, I checked the warranty status, which showed an additional 1 year and 7 months of coverage, till April 2. 2027. However, when I checked again today, this information has completely disappeared from the system. Could you please help clarify the reason for this change? Thank you in advance for your assistance!

@Norbert20, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the warranty status for your HP Victus laptop

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing with the warranty status for your HP Victus laptop. There could be several reasons for this discrepancy:

System Updates: Occasionally, updates to HP's warranty system might temporarily affect the display of warranty information.

Technical Glitch: The disappearance could be due to a temporary technical error in the warranty database.

Verification Process: Sometimes, warranty information might not display correctly if there is an ongoing verification or update process related to your warranty coverage.

Changes in Warranty Coverage: If there were recent changes or adjustments made to the warranty coverage, it might temporarily affect how the information is displayed.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
