HP Notebook -17-ak012nr Laptop

Okay i ahve a HP Notebook Laptop 17-ak012nr.From what the manual says  it has HP CoolSense Technology built So i tried downloading the driver and it wouldnt install.Sooo what can i do to install it?The manual says its built in.Here is the link for the information i found https://support.hp.com/za-en/document/c05567150

If HP Coolsense is supported in your notebook, you can download it from the link below...

You will also need to install Microsoft Net Framework 3.5 first, by going to the windows control panel>programs>Turn Windows features on or off>let the list populate and check the Microsoft Net Framework box and the software will begin to install.

 

If it doesn't install after doing the above, then the documentation must be in error.

Ok it still wouldnt download and install.i did install install Microsoft Net Framework 3.5. oh well.maybe its cause i upgraded to the latest version of windows 10 build 1903?maybe it wont work with that version of windows 10?
