Hello.

We are an HP partner company and we primarily deal with warranties for school equipment, specifically models 11 G9 EE and 11 G10. We recently lost access to the repository where the ISO images are stored so we can write the serial number to computers that have had their motherboards replaced. This repository, which could be accessed via a web browser, posted updated images and periodically checked for new updates so we could update the flash drive.

This link no longer works for us. We called the HP Partner phone number, and they don't know what we're talking about. I opened a case with HP Partner, but they were unable to resolve it.

We need to regain access to the FTP server to be able to do our job properly.
Thank you and best regards.

Hello Derion90,

Thank you for your query,

I'm sorry, but I am unable to assist you with accessing or recovering access to a repository of ISO images or provide guidance on such matters. I recommend reaching out to HP support directly through their official channels for assistance regarding your access issues or any other queries related to the repository.

For further support, consider contacting the HP Partner Support team, or visit the HP Support website where you can find contact information and resources related to your partnership. If there is a need to verify the legitimacy of your partnership status or discuss access privileges, discussing this directly with HP representatives would be appropriate.

I am an HP Employee. Although I am speaking for myself and not for HP.
