Product: HP Chromebook 14b-na0000 (20X85AV)
Operating System: Chrome OS

I purchased this Chromebook for my daughter and it is just out of warranty. She has been having problems with it from the very first day. She thought it was just how Chrome worked. If she opens more than 3 tabs the laptop crashes. If she is in a zoom call and tries to open a pdf to view in another tab zoom stops and the laptop will then crash. I have a Chromebook and I can open an unlimited number of tabs without any issue. I have done a Powerwash. A hardware reset. A hard reset. Nothing has corrected this problem. I have purchased 5 HP Chromebook and have never seen this issue. Is this normal with this model which is the following configuration: AMD Athlon Silver, 4GB RAM, 64GB eMMC, FHD. Is there not enough memory or is the AMD Athlon processor a problem. Any help would be appreciated.
