Hello 

I have a problem with my HP Client Security program, the last update wasn't able to install after trying several times, now I am unable to log in to my windows with the fingerprint scan, I was thinking of uninstalling the program the install it again but I am not sure how to do it and if I will be able to find the install link

Hi Banhien and thanks for the suggestion, I am unable to install the program though due to the same problem I had with the update,

the installation stops and I have a window saying: "Error 1325. Hewlett-Packard is not a valid short file name"
