Hello

I can't update my HP Client security, every time I try to install the update through HP Support Assistant the installation fails saying: Hewlett-Packard is not a valid short file name

Hello Banhien and thanks for your reply,

When I try to install the file through the link you have shared I  can't as it says there is a newest version of the software in my computer and I would need to disinstall it beforehand, when I try to disinstall it I have the same error I have when trying to update which is: Error 1325. Hewlett-Packard is not a valid short file name
