Good morning everyone, I wanted to ask about the HP Cloud Recovery Tool.
I'd already made some posts about my HP Notebook 15 ba00 series computer, but they weren't able to respond, so I wanted to ask if my computer supports HP Cloud Recovery (since HP says computers from 2016 and later support it, the laptop is from 2017). Serial number: CND6508PYP, Product number: Z9B97EA#ABZ, Model: 15-ba070nl,Microsoft Windows 10 version 22H2.

Hi:
Your notebook used to be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool, but what HP hasn't advertised is that once the PC reaches 5 years of age, HP withdraws support for it which is why if you have tried to make a USB recovery drive, it reports a product ID invalid, or if you enter the product number in the recovery tool data base at the link below, it returns an 'Item0015' error code.
So, your only option to reinstall Windows would be to use Microsoft's media creation tool to create a bootable USB installation flash drive and clean install W10.
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

The person that 'hijacked' this discussion cannot possibly have the same model notebook as yours because he lives in a Central American country where your notebook's model number that is sold in Italy is not sold anywhere else.
