Hi
The 'Cool' setting in the HP Command center program no longer activates the fans no matter how hot the laptop gets.
The only settings that do react to heat are the 'Smart Sense', 'Power Saver', 'Performance', and 'Quiet' setting
As of now, I believe it is up to date with Windows 10 updates and HP updates from the HP Support Assistant.
See attached picture.
I ran and played a video game for a bit, but the fans did not activate, nor do they activate during my normal use.
I now switch to 'Smart Sense' which seems to manage the fans better.
Not sure what to do!
Thanks
