Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I just purchased a new ENVY x360 13.3" (2022 model) and did a clean Windows install, as I typically do on all my PCs. However, the HP Command Center is missing from the Microsoft Store, and following the direct link to the app found on this forum and others results in a blank page with "Not Available for bots to index". Can someone please let me know where to get this software, as I can no longer control the power profiles and fans without this application. Thanks!

This link had the same 'Not Available for bots to index' message on a blank screen. Any other ideas?
