I updated to Windows 11 around 6 days ago. Haven't had any problem with my programs until now. The HP command center program which I use to select a fan profile while I am playing my game suddenly stopped showing any temperature reading. I'm not quite sure whether it is giving me an average temperature of multiple points or a single point reading but regardless, the bar on the down which shows the temperature is not there. Consequently, every time I'm trying to play the game, the fans don't spin up until it's so hot that I can't even put my fingers on the keyboard. HWiNFO 64 shows all the temperature readings and according to what I saw, the hotspot on the CPU goes up to 80 degrees before the fans spin up.
I've tried reinstalling HP command center multiple times but nothing's changed. Additionally, I tried to use multiple other third-party apps but none of them allowed me to tweak the speeds. All of the updates and drivers are also installed. I even ran multiple tests using HP support assistant however, no issue was detected.
I greatly appreciate your help and support to fix this issue.
Thanks.
