how to solve this problem ?

Hello team,
Same problem here. It is at least, surprising, as HP can do something like this without giving a chance of not updating and maintaining the previous functionality...
If anyone find a way to bypass this silly block, like registry alters or jsons or whatever, please let us know.
And hope it gets fixed very soon.

Hi!
I have the same problem on my HP ENVY 15-ep0003nl.
In my humble opinion this is a huge problem, because I am no more allowed to use the full computational capabilities of my laptop. This issue must be fixed as soon as possible, and I am wondering if I should turn to a consumers' association for assistance or wait a little bit.

I agree. It's a huge problem.
For me, it's really bad I can't use my computer like I was able to do prior, fact!
I'm not happy at all it's clear that if they don't fix the problem I will never buy hp again.

To HP guys: it has been more than 10 days to fix something that you even have not informed for.
I really feel disappointed and very dissatisfied with your service, as this problem is making SO MANY PEOPLE not being able to use their machine with the full power of it... So frustrating.
I hope this message finds the corresponding people and transmit to the team that is fixing this stuff the urgency to fix it ASAP.
