I also have this problem with my Envy 15 ep0098nr. I have repeatedly had problems with the HP Command Center from the beginning with this laptop, but this is the first time I've encountered this issue specifically. This is unacceptable, HP, you have made my laptop into a worse computer than it was when I got it three years ago. We should not have to resort to sketchy workarounds to use the features promised when we purchased your product. Please fix this problem and inform those affected how to repair it. And please stop breaking HP Command Center.
