Greetings HP Support Community,

I am currently having a problem regarding the HP Coolsense Software and it's functions.

Some context about the problem: Prior to the May 2019 (Version 1903) Windows Update, the HP Coolsense Software worked fluently and didn't show a sign of malfunction when running. I am a hardcore gamer (but not too hardcore) and like to put things at its full potential e.g. maxing out all graphics options in CPU intensive games to get the most out of them. It is also important to note that the program was never once deactivated, at least not from the user who is me.

Only since recently after the installation of the Windows 10 May 2019 Update, it has NOT been showing up in the taskbar and task manager once the computer was booted up. Although the program was still installed in the computer, and despite my efforts to try and fix it, nothing seems to be working (Repairing, Reinstalling,...). Now I am aware that I have used my performance booster to get it into sleep mode, and since then, specifically, it hasn't been working but still hangs around in my computer, by that I meant that it was still installed.

As said before, I tried my best to fix it but there was no progress being made.

So does anyone have an idea of how this situaiton can be resolved?

Regards,

Alex

Edit: It has automatically solved itself, more specifically after the reinstallation of the HP Coolsense program and its Framework and resetting the BIOS then finally repairing the program, it started functioning like normal but I had to wait a few hours (well that was when I noticed the change, maybe it could have worked since after I booted up the PC for another gaming session).
