Hello,
I am trying to see the latest software/bios available for my laptop. When I use the HP website page for "HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads Support Home Products", the icon just spins indefinitely for hours. The messages states "HP is compiling your results. This could take up to 3 minutes, depending on your computer and connection speed. Thank you for your patience". I have waited hours on separate days even trying different browsers and nothing works, the outcome is always the same, a never ending spinning icon. I have FIOS so connection speeds arent an issue.
Any suggestions on how to get the website to work?
