I purchased an HP DESKJET 3772 all in one printer. I was able to download and add to my laptop Lenovo and it worked 2 times. Ever since then, I can't get it to stay out of "offline" status. I am told to delete and reinstall. Unfortunately, I can't readd it. It won't appear, I tried to add it manually and the same thing, no such printer exists. I know **bleep** well it does. I've never had a printer from HP (which by the way, I have been using for over 40 years, give me such a headache). I go to control panel, click add printer, then I can't select the printer I need. Not even if I manually try to add it. Please help me.
