Product: HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 5075 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

  While updating my out of warranty DeskJet 5075 printer Firmware from the Touchscreen of the printer itself, it has frozen on the Verification step. No matter what I do it does go beyond 'Verifying.'

  I have tried everything 'HP Print and Scan Doctor,' uninstalling & reinstalling software, disconnecting the Power supply, pressing & holding the Power button for more than 10 secs. etc.;  In 'HP Print and Scan Doctor,'  I get the message 'Printer Status Unknown,' & while updating Printer Firmware from laptop, it cannot recognise printer & I get the message 'No Printer Found.'

  The moment Printer starts, it goes to the same 'Verifying' stage.

  Any assistance will b greatly appreciated.
